A cloaking service is a subscription, and the price question comes up before any technical one. This guide compares what four services charge as of September 22, 2026, what the money buys in each KLO plan, which free cloaking tools exist and what they are worth, and how to calculate whether a cloaker pays for itself on your campaigns. All prices are taken from the services' own pricing pages on that date; they change, so check before you buy.

Service prices side by side

ServicePlans and prices per monthTrialNotes
KLO (BoostRouter)START $149, PROFIT $299, DOMINATION $7993 days, full START features, no card10% off for 6 months, 20% off for a year. Unlimited clicks and campaigns on every plan.
Adspect$299 (anti-fraud only, no cloaking), Personal $499, Professional $999Paid trial options on the siteThe $299 plan filters fraud but does not switch pages; cloaking starts at $499.
PalladiumLITE $100, $150 and $240 for 3, 5 and 10 campaignsNot listedPriced per number of campaigns; larger plans on request.
Cloak ItFrom $60, or $30 when paid annuallyListed on the siteCheapest entry price; features differ by plan.
Adspect pricing page: Personal $499 and Professional $999 per month
Adspect: Personal $499 and Professional $999 per month; the $299 plan is anti-fraud without cloaking. The site serves its Russian version to our region.
Palladium pricing page: LITE plans at $100, $150 and $240 per month for 3, 5 and 10 campaigns
Palladium: LITE plans priced by the number of campaigns.
Cloak It pricing page: from $60 per month, from $30 per month when paid annually
Cloak It: from $60 per month, $30 with annual billing.

The numbers alone are misleading. Adspect's cheapest plan is not a cloaker. Palladium's price grows with the number of campaigns, so a buyer running ten offers pays more than the headline suggests. Cloak It is the cheapest to start and the least documented of the four in terms of what network data it uses. KLO sells by feature set and integration type, not by clicks or campaigns.

The trial is 3 days of START features without a card. It is enough to connect one landing page, run a real campaign at a small budget and see the white and offer split in the statistics.

Free cloaking tools: what actually exists

The search for "free cloaker" returns three kinds of things, and only one of them is a working tool.

  • Hand-made lists in .htaccess or PHP. A list of known bot user agents and a few IP ranges, sending them to the white page. It costs nothing and it catches declared crawlers. It does not catch a reviewer with a normal browser, a headless check from a cloud IP or a spy tool, and the lists go stale within weeks. This is what most people mean by a free cloaker, and it is a real option for a campaign that nobody is looking at closely.
  • Bot filters inside trackers. Keitaro has a bot filter that works on the tracker's general bot database. It is a good first layer and it is already paid for with the tracker license. It is not specialized by ad network and it does not know Meta's or Google's review patterns.
  • Scripts from forums and Telegram. Old cloaker sources, often with a call home built in. The database is dead and you are running someone else's code on your money page. Not free in any meaningful sense.

Trial periods are the honest free option: 3 days on KLO is enough to check a setup before a launch.

When a subscription pays for itself

The cost of a cloaker is fixed. The cost it prevents is the ban: the ad account with its history, the spend that was already committed, the time to rebuild, and in many cases a domain and a pixel that are burned with it. Put numbers on your own situation:

  • Account value: the cost to buy or farm a replacement, plus the days of lost spend while it warms up. For a working Meta account this is rarely below $300 and often far more.
  • Spend at risk: the daily budget multiplied by the days a review can pass unnoticed before the ban, usually 1 to 3 days.
  • Ban frequency without a filter: how many accounts you lost per month on the same vertical.

The formula is simple: monthly subscription divided by the cost of one ban gives the number of bans per month the filter has to prevent to break even. With a $149 plan and a $500 ban, one prevented ban every three months already covers it. With a $799 plan and a $2,000 ban, one prevented ban every two and a half months does. Most buyers in grey verticals lose more than that without a filter, which is why the market for these services exists at all.

Where it does not pay off: white-hat campaigns with a compliant offer, tiny budgets where the account is worth less than the subscription, and campaigns where the ban comes from the creative or the product itself, not from the landing page.

Hidden costs people forget

  • White pages. Every campaign topic needs its own. Building or buying them is a recurring cost; see the white page guide.
  • Domains. Entry domains burn. Budget for several per month on aggressive verticals.
  • Hosting or edge. PHP hosting for the loader, or a Cloudflare zone for the Worker option. Cloudflare's free Workers plan is limited to 100,000 requests a day and 10 ms of CPU per request, which is enough for a single campaign and not for a media buying team.
  • Testing. A VPN, a mobile proxy and a headless browser to check what different visitors see. Cheap, but not zero.
  • Time. Setting up rules per campaign takes minutes in a good cabinet and hours with hand-made lists. The difference is the real price of the free option.

FAQ

How much does a cloaking service cost?

Between $30 and $999 per month depending on the service and the plan. As of September 2026: Cloak It from $60 ($30 annually), Palladium from $100 for 3 campaigns, KLO from $149 with unlimited campaigns, Adspect from $499 for plans that actually cloak.

Is there a free cloaker that works?

Hand-made user agent and IP lists in .htaccess or PHP work against declared crawlers and nothing else. Tracker bot filters such as Keitaro's are a reasonable first layer. Neither handles browser-based reviews. Trial periods are the free way to test a real service.

Which cloaker is best for the price?

It depends on what you run. For one or two campaigns with a landing page on PHP, KLO START at $149 or Cloak It at $60 cover the need. For a team with many campaigns, KLO's flat price without per-campaign limits is cheaper than Palladium's per-campaign pricing. Adspect is the most expensive entry and its cheapest plan does not cloak.

Does KLO charge per click or per campaign?

No. All plans include unlimited clicks and campaigns; the plans differ by integrations and features.

What is the cheapest way to try cloaking?

A trial. KLO gives 3 days of the START plan without a card, enough to connect a landing page, run a small campaign and see how the traffic splits between white and offer.

Test the filter on your own traffic

KLO keeps bots, ad reviewers and fraud away from your offer page. 3-day trial with full START plan features, no card required.
